Here is a gun asset I created for a scene that originaly goes into into UE4. I wanted to improve my texturing skills and also made a hard surface weapon that I could reference from life. At the bottom of the page you can see the texture maps I created and my reference. Even though 95% of the textures probably it ended up getting hand painted, I still went out and took photo reference of wood textures.
Softwares used: Zbrush, Maya 2016, Headus UV Layout, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
